Once all the necessary paperwork is on hand, our admissions team will submit the proper applications and send invites to enroll based on the unique entry requirements that apply to you. Depending on the standards that need to be met, the admission process often takes three to four months or longer.
After paying the necessary preparation fees for things like a pre-university prep year, learning German, getting ready for a language test, industrial training, internships, etc., you might begin your university preparations while the admissions process is still ongoing.
Your process coordinator will begin the visa preparation and scheduling for visa application as soon as the appropriate authorities provide the invitations/offer letters.
You will submit the visa application, and your process coordinator will oversee every step of the visa application procedure. Under normal circumstances, the decision on a visa will be accessible in 3 to 8 weeks.
Your process consultant will assist you in selecting a lodging once your visa has been approved and will work to complete the arrangements with your lodging facility. After that, you can pay your accommodation directly.
Your coordinator will provide you with thorough instructions regarding your arrival, organize for your airport pickup and drop-off at lodging, and provide you with information based on the date of travel authorized by the institution or college and your flight schedule.
